For your convenience we use both DHL and An Post. DHL will require your signature on delivery. An Post is a non-registered service.
Express deliveries are completed on the next available working day, before noon where possible. All transit times are postcode dependent. Once your order has been dispatched , you will receive an interactive text message advising of the expected delivery date. You will also have the ability to reschedule, reroute or conveniently collect from a DHL Service Point, via this text.
If you have opted to use An Post as your choice of delivery service – please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed.
As An Post is a standard service and not a recorded delivery – Natures Cures cannot be held responsible for any missing deliveries.
In the unlikely event that the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
We understand that occasionally a product may not reach you in the condition you had expected it. We also want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If for some reason you wish to return the product, please contact us by email first within 10 working days of purchase at email@example.com stating the reason for return and your order no.
We will issue a replacement product or a full refund for the wrong item being dispatched by us (once we receive the returned product). We will
take postage and packaging charges into account. Returns for any other reason will receive a refund (once we receive the returned product). The cost of postage and packing in this instance must be borne by the customer.
All returns must reach us within 20 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card which was used originally for purchase.
